Miss Her Already

Punky's running at this point! More than just toddling around now, she's a pro! I love to watch her! She's a touch stubborn though and daring, as I guess most children are. Decifering her babbles has proven to be challenging and quite irritating to her. "A-dah" is something she says a lot and Johnny thinks it means "mama", but I'm not convinced. It seems to be something a little more factual. She says it directly while looking you in the face... almost like a statement, not like an acknowledgement. "Na Na" is decidedly "Drink"... Nana probably won't appreciate that. *Sigh*... she's getting ready to go spend the weekend with her Nana and Papa.... I'm not really that excited about it, but it's for our Valentine's celebration and that's a good thing. I hate being away from her, but it will be nice to spend some time with Johnny alone. We're pretty good about making time for eachother from time to time, but like all couples with children, we probably don't do as much alone as we should, but we certainly do make the most of our time together as a family.
